I did a search and didn't find anything specifically related to switching between these two. So here's my question:

Is this something I can do on my own, or do I need professional help? I want to make sure I don't do any damage to the barrel or BOSS. I also don't want to mess with the fantastic accuracy I'm getting.

Please share any tips and advice. I've never shot the CR-BOSS and want to feel/hear the difference in recoil/blast.

Your BOSS simply unscrews, and then you screw on the CR device. Should only take a few minutes.

Make sure your record the setting of your boss. Also there is and excellent chance you will have to work up a new setting for the CR. But, like the others said it simply screws off.
