What throat length for .223/.222 Mag.?

If you were to have a favorite prairie dog gun rebarreled in say .223 or .222 Mag., how long would you ream the throat? I want the bullets to be seated deep into the neck and only have .015"- .020" to the lands.
This gun is a Sako L46 with a clip that only allows an overall length of 2.28" for .222 Mag.

So for the .223 Rem., the distance from the neck to the lands is about .085", correct?
