My gunsmith does not normally rent chamber reamers, he buys them. I want a barrel done in a chambering that he does not have a reamer for so he decided to rent one from reamerrentals.com but that has not worked out well. They told him twice that it had shipped but still no reamer. The third time they attempted to rell him it would go out in the afternoon UPS shipment he got a bit pissed and told them to keep their reamer.

I am wondering if anybody knows another source to rent chamber reamers?

He wasn't alone! I just this week decided to go elsewhere, given their deposit and return policies. Pull up their site and check the terms and conditions. Phew!

Check out Whiterock Tool and Die in Kansas City. Very reasonable and their reamers are always clean and sharp.
