Has anyone been in contact with Dennis lately? He has a gun of mine and I can’t raise him. Quick, Cheap, or Good: Pick Two

I tried to email his wife a while back, but I didn’t receive a reply. And I thought that I read, here on AR, that he was ill. But I never could find the post. I hope that he is well, and I hope that you can get in touch with him. Jason "You're not hard-core, unless you live hard-core." _______________________ Hunting in Africa is an adventure. Short conversation, huh? Did it sound like he is working at full capacity? I don’t know that I have any pressing projects, but after contemplating the fact that Dennis won’t be working forever I realized that I should come up with a few more jobs to have the master do for me. He is a hell of a gunsmith. Jason "You're not hard-core, unless you live hard-core." _______________________ Hunting in Africa is an adventure. I knew him for 40 years before he said 50 words to me, now we talk for 15 to 30 minutes. just takes awhile to get to know Dennis, he is a hard working honest person to deal with. but he is about 2 years behind on work..Thats what happens to the better gun smiths I fear!! He's roughed out a couple of stocks for me- good work, done on time. I stopped off to see him and drop off a piece of wood last year on the way to shoot prairie dogs; salt of the earth kind of guy.c Turned out he's an old friend of Les Bauska, who did some work for me about 40 years ago. jmbn Old and in the way

Dennis is a hell of a good guy. I have done a lot of business with him and I can tell you that every dollar that I have sent his was has been a dollar well spent.
