I just got back from the range and got my Whitworth 375 sighted correctly for the first time. Yea! Putting the Talleys on for the first time, I ran out of vertical adjustment on the 2x7 Leupold, ending up about 8" low at 100yds. Jeffe did some range engineering with a leatherman and a coke can and we got it centered at the very end of available adjustment. That was fine for a temporary. I explained the problem to Gary at Talley and sent measurements of the bases and receiver and just got everything mounted. Talley made a custom front base and sent it back, no charge even for shipping although this was a second hand rifle for me that I bought on the AR classifieds and came with rings and bases included (Thanks, Ed Foden!). Well, I'm sighted in in time for a Camp Cooley hunt this weekend with my son and nephew. The whole process took a bunch of time, which included shipping the scope back to Leupold to see if it was the problem. Anyway, problem solved and a big customer service thank you to Talley. Bob

Glad to hear that. I have had the same experience with Warne in the past. Made front bases for me on a pair of rifles and didn't charge me a dime. All they asked was that I send the original bases back to them. Joe
