Is it really a H&H original factory installation?

For $10,300.00 you would think htat the seller would have posted more than one picture of the rifle bewildered.

I emailed the guy asking for more photos.

I almost bought a 244 Holland and Holland from Champlins a few years ago but somebody got to it first.

I beleive it was $5800, modern H&H rifles are usually $10K and up. The stock had been cut down to fit someone shorter. I bleive the balistics were someting on the line of 100 grain bullet at almost 4000 fps.

Very nice but looks like the front mount is dovetailed into the receiver ring, not the best method IMO.

Not 4000 fps. More like 3500 fps.

"H&H FACTORY 3340 fps, 1.012" group, 100 COPPER POINTED

I don't like that rifle much at all and the cartridge is one of the worst designs ever.
