Magazine conversion for Mauser 98 ?
Has anybody come across a mag conversion for Mauser 98 ?

Thanks

Not a good one other than the original trench mag. Problem is that rifles designed for magazines generally don't have feed rails in the receiver, they are in the magazine. You will only find a single stack magazine for a mauser. No room for a staggered mag. Gibbs made a 3 shot mag as a drop in replacement.

Here is a late war conversion done on a BNZ/44 to use a mg15 25 round mag. The conversion made the mg15 mag perment & non detachable. It had to be topped off with stripper clips. I bet it really came in handy on the Don & Vestula. Big Grin

Try to look unimportant. Your enemy might be low on ammo.

Ah shit why don't you just get an accuracy international.

We are on such opposite sides of the rifle taste spectrum we might meet up one of these days! In the meantime........
