I have a new Montana with Marbles sights already installed on the way. It has the plunger type adjustment on the rear sight. What is the word, is the plunger really apt to fail or was that just the early production?

Also, the front does not have a hood. I think I will install fiber optic inserts, and from Marbles web page I cannot find a hood, or a front sight base that accepts a hood. Should a Williams front sight screw on easily, after adjusting it for the barrel radius? Just use the same threaded hole?
