try a google search for PFBT he had some listed a while ago.

also Jack First in South Dakota would be worth a try.

gunpartsspecialist.com has a large list of parts suppliers to try.

my l57 safety is bad also.it slips off at the slightest touch.I had considered a new trigger with a safety instead.
