Can the pro's please explain if there would be any negative effects of removing the barrel from a new barreled action assembled? Would the action be damaged in any way and could I fit a 24inch Bull Barrel with no decrease of accuracy?
I want a Hart stainless barrel with original mil spec twist cos I like the heavy bullets. Is all this doable?
Thanks in advance

Yes, it is done all the time. Some of the HOWA barrels I've removed were on fairly tight, but posed no problem removing with the right equipment.
