I know they are not worth as much as far as re-sale goes, but are the Savage semi- autos built on the Browning patent as durable and same quality as the A-5?? Same question about the Rem. model 11 Browning Patent. Thanks for any feedback.

I have both the A5 and Rem 11s.

Not all parts are interchangable.

I go to the gun shows and I too have noticed that the used prices on Rem 11s is very low, given the utility of this great design.

I have hunted with alot of shotguns over the past 41 years, and the A5 is MY favorite.
