Does any of you guys now if it is possible to build a .495 A-square on an M 98 action?

Anything is possible, but practical? No.

My scout tells me:

M98 too short, don't stick him where he don't belong.

Best is a CZ550. Another choice, if you are into military actions, is the P-14.

Again, my scout says:

Save wampum, use a new CZ-550, mucho cheaper than converting battle wagons. End result look better.

Scout also says, chamber for .510 Wells, chief likes better when time to trade.

British Traders say 500 Jeffery.
