The tool you use to tighten the nuts with spanned holes

I tried spanner but they are not adjustable AND have to be on a face of an object.

something like this but adjustable span. I've made 1 from a wide chapman screwdriver blade.

The tool is for cleaning Berdan primed case pockets Smiler
No just kidding but they do that job very well. I have a kit of various shaped screwdriver bits and use the #8 U shaped bit as shown in your image for cleaning the .217" Berdan primer pockets in Kynoch cases for my .404J.
Does the job perfectly with the notch in the blade cleaning the anvil itself too.
Likewise for cleaning Boxer primer pockets, I just use one of the flat screwdriver blades bits from the same kit, makes a better job than the purpose made primer pocket cleaners.

The small bits are just twiddled between thumb and finger or can use a 2" magnetic bit holder or even a battery powered inline screwdriver with the bits if wanting to get all tech about it.

This Security bit set, available at Harbor Freight, has 4 different sizes of these spanner bits. For $10, it also gets you a nice plastic case and a full set of slot head/Philiips bits, metric and US hex bits along with a set of Torx bits plus some accessories.

That's exactly the bit set I have that I mention in my post above. Had it for years now and got a lot of use out of it so well worth the cheap price to have on hand.
The only weakness is the plastic hinge holding the two parts of the case together which broke quite early on.

I use a set on my bench and have been quite satisfied with the performance. They are used daily. I removed all of the odd bits and replaced them with custom ground ones and wider blades as pointed out. I actually bought one of the black cased ones today. They were on sale for $6.99. That is stupid cheap for a set like that. In fact, it is so cheap you can afford to buy two.

One caution, you may be tempted to use the security Torx bits with the center hole. But, be advised, that unless you use them in a security fastener with the center post, if you crank down on them the tip will snap off.
