Cutting borders and stippling

I have an action that is almost ready for bluing, I just need panel outlines cut on the front and rear bridges and stippling inside the panels. I am thinking fairly straight forward panels, shaped to the rear bridge with straight lines (basically a rectangle with a small tail that extends down along the bolt release) and with slightly curved front and back lines on the front ring, with straight lines on the side of the front ring.

I have heard stippling is easy to do, but frankly don't have the desire to experiment on my nice action and would like to just have it done.

Any suggestions?

Looking at this action, I forgot one thing - a serial number smack dab in the middle of the rear bridge. So I guess I would need a rectangular border-in-border to preserve that.

I can e-mail pics or drawings if needed.
