I have a mod 70 That was won at a Safari club dinner. It is a 7STW. I want to turn it into a 338 Ultra and put it in a Plastic stock Probally a McMillian. Money is not a problem ( not rich, I just don't cut corners on my guns)Please name the best gun builders for this work. I want it to be the best of everything. I have some in mind but want to here it from my AR brothers....
