I bought the mount of off ebay. It's a copy of the original Mauser piece. I had 1 barrel that was not drilled for a mount into the rib.

I had 4 of 6 cross cuts milled square, all my steel rings have square picatinney style cross bars. These are Weaver Grand Slam, will be replaced with QDs.

Had to releave the right underside of the mount and the right ring clamp for the bolt handle.

I may also mill off the back crosscut.
