Ted Williams Model 100, s/n V109900. When was it made? I am not going to sell it, so its "value" is of no concern to me. I am going to give it to young gunsmithing student at a local community college. What better way to insure that we have a supply of 'smiths to fix our guns as the years go by?

It is my understanding that the Ted Williams 100 rifle was made by Winchester (is a Winchester M-94). No idea when it was made.
