Wilton 344 Power Arm Disassembly?

Last weekend, I scored a rusty Wilton 344 Power Arm for two bucks.

I immediately took my prize into the shop and soaked in Kroil for many days. Now everything moves freely EXCEPT the locking collar (the part which the handle threads into).

The part appears frozen/rusted in place. I am wondering if this collar is threaded or a slip fit? Anyone have one like it or used one before- how does it come apart???

Any schematics or additional information appreciated...

Great deal man! I have a power arm, but mines the other one, the hydraulic one with the little knob (I think the one with the lever holds 75lbs, the hydraulic is 150lbs)

I was thinking of selling mine, but the market value apparently is WAY DOWN Big Grin

I'm following this as I too am interested in the schematics. mine is fine now, but maybe later I'd need to work on it.
