Hello all, I am trying to locate a stock bolt and the metal piece the lever end locks into when the lever is closed (including the 2 screws). I am told that any of the stock inserts (for lack of the proper term) will work because I am starting with a new stock. I could live without the stock bolt right this moment but am fairly desperate for the locking plate (correct term???). Any help as to where I can defintely find one would certainly be apreciated. Thanks in advance and God bless. cordell

Large (Martini-Henry) or small (Martini Cadet) action? Stock drawbolts that will work can be bought at any hardware store although the thread form and dimensions aren't exactly the same. The lever lock plates are the same within each of the 2 action sizes but the 2 sizes are different from one another. Hello Joe, Sorry I am so tardy responding but for some reason I wasn't notified of your response. The Martini in question is a civilian model Greener GP take down (12 ga). The stock smith went ahead and used the old lock plate until I can find one or make one from the original plate. The lock plate in question has 2 screws and a hole in the center. I am still trying to find one so again any help would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance and God bless. cordell
