Has anyone had a good experience with any of the Savage replacement triggers?
Which of them worked best for you?
Thanks.

I had good results on a Stevens 200 7mm08 and a Savage Edge .223, just by replacing the trigger springs with ones I got and altered from a local hardware store and then polishing the contact metal on trigger and trigger sear. Gent I shoot with replaced the accutrigger on his Savage 12 308 with a Rifle Basix trigger, which he thinks is better than the factory trigger.

The Rifle Basix works well in my preAccutriger Savage..I don't know about the replacements on the Accutriger models.

I have a Canjar single-set trigger on an older 112 that I like a lot. Don't know it they are still available, though.

I have the SAV-2 on one gun, I previously had the Timney on another, and I installed accutriggers on my non-accutrigger model guns as well.

By far the best is the Rifle Basix SAV-2.

I have a Model 111 pre-accutrigger that has a Timney and it is good.

I have installed several Rifle Basix triggers on the various caliber rifles of ONE CUSTOMER. He loves them. Easy to install, easy to adjust.
