I could design it and send it to them but they cannot make it for use in the U.S. without a Manufacturer's Federal Firearms License. I don't know how that would work in other countries though.

Is there lot of work getting such a license in the states?

But you could try the program, and see how much they would charge for making one. When you are done, they list the price, I think in 1, 10, and 100s.
