Commercial Mauser actions by La Coruna?

Anyone have any experience with these? Thinking of building a new rifle and found a source for these new and in the white for $119.97. What do you guys think?

Didn't know LaCorna ever made a commercial action. Did they nake the Santa Barbaras? I don't know.
