Montana Rifle co. new PH action

i saw one in the flesh at my gunsmiths today. pretty nicely finshed. Dan Cowen was i believe going to build it into a 505 Gibbs. i know/heard that the the PH was a long time in coming , just thought some would like to know that they are real.
