I have this new action and I want to build a new rifle. I was thinking of a 338-06 or a 280 A.I. Will I have any problems with the Sako action??

No, you will have no problems. The L691 action will work perfectly for the 280 AI or 338-06. Lou

I just had a PacNor 6.5-06imp barrel put on my 691 action and it shoots great. The sako actions are great shooetrs right out of the box,......go for it.
