Is there a easy method of assembling the firing pin spring and the retainer? Having a problem squeezing the spring down enough to get the retainer on!!!

I not sure if I should give these instructions here or stick my head out the window and shout real loud since you're right down the road.

First off, the firing pin and the shroud have to be in the fired position. If you still have the safety on, release it and move the shroud to the rear of the f/p. Then it's just a matter of using the retaining sleeve to push the spring down enough to turn the sleeve into position. I do it by placing the back end of the f/p on the bench top. Trying to hold both ends in space doesn't work for me.
