WE just bought a Model 70 Coyote, in 223 WSSM. Along with the rifle we purchased a 2 piece Leupold scope base mount, for a Model 70 short action. The hole spacing on the rear mount is incorrect, and we can't seem to find a scope base anywhere. Any suggestions?

Go to your local gun shop and try different ones on the gun.

I'm glad to hear that, I need a set for a std short action and I accidently bought a set for the wssm action. Mine are Leupold two piece just like yours I'd sure trade if you want to. Let me know, I didn't want to have to send them back.
