Kinda quick question. Zastava mini mauser actions (previously imported by Interarms, now by KBI/Charles Daly) have a magazine length of 2.37 inches with a bolt face of .453, which is just right for a 22-250. I was wondering if anyone has managed to extend the length of that. It would be a sweet little action to build a 250 Savage on, but that would require a magazine built to take the 2.5 inch SAAMI COL for the 250. Can this be done on this action? Can the magazine be lengthened to accommodate that cartridge?
