Anyone know of a bolt action that would feed the .357 Max? I know Cooper, Kimber, BRNO and Sako all made actions for rimmed rounds. I plan to have a custom rifle built for this round and would prefer a repeater if possible. Any ideas? Thanks.

The 357 max is .440" dia rim, .060" thick, OAL = 1.59 ~ 1.68"

The 22PPC and 6mmPPC are .440" Dia, .059" thick, OAL unkown

7.62x39 mm is .447" dia, .057" thick, OAL = 2.2"


The CZ-527, Ruger 77, M10-A2, and and some old Sakos would work.


If I were to do it for me, I would use any old M98 Mauser action lying around and shoot it single shot.
