Well, I just received the new "Fall" issue of Dakota Magazine today. Apparently all of the speculation that was here on this board wasn't so true. The report is that Dakota is going ahead, business as usual, and expects to come out of bankrupcy.

There is a very good article in the magazine ty Terry Weiland concerning custom rifles.

After all the negative publicity they got here for their stock, it sure won't be because of buyers on this forum.

Actually, I believe they have fatally shot them selves in the leg.

Looks like they are doing a bang up business in their Dakota Adventure division.

Also an interesting article about a west Texas Knifemaker by the name of Weldon Whitley. I wonder if we could get him to donate a knive for the Sheryl Searsy Memorial Fund Rifle project.

Dakota has much more to learnthan fiscal responsibility. Something called quality is a lesson to be learned as well.
