For those who know, Im trying to buy a stock for my howa rifle, and there are few that inlett for it. But I have heard that the Howa action is identical to the Sako Finnbear also known as L61 or L691? Does anybody know if this is true?

I know the HOWA bares a remarkable similarity to the SAKO Finnbear but I wouldn't count on it being a complete match. Richards Microfit makes stocks for the HOWA in a variety of Walnuts and laminates. http://www.rifle-stocks.com/bargain_list.htm "I ask, sir, what is the Militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is the best and most effective way to enslave them" - George Mason, co-author of the Second Amendment during the Virginia convention to ratify the Constitution

If they don't say they do Howas, check for Weatherby Vangard - Same action. Lance Lance Larson Studio lancelarsonstudio.com
