As a single shot no problem, but assuming you want to use the magazine......I wouldn't think so, Maybe the shorter, lighter projectiles would make it but the longer, heavier ones might cause a problem with Maximum Overall Length but I'd be interested in the result, it would be close I wouldn't worry about strength, I know of 2 416 Taylors built on Howa actions and both use hot loads regards S&F | |||

I have no clue. I do know that Wby chambers the Vanguard (1500) in 300Wby. Its OAL is 3.56". Is there room for another .04" As usual just my $.02 Paul K | |||
