I am in need of a set of trigger guard screws for a Remington Springfield 1903A3 that are socket (Allen) head. The trigger guard is a steel standard 1903.

Does anyone have a resource for these?

Many thanks,

Sam

Last resort...You can buy blank allen head guard screws and thread them with a 1/4 x25 die...available from Brownells...or...just file a nice tight fit screwdriver and use the old fashioned slotted head...been working pretty well for hundreds of years!

Give a call to Jack First Gun Shop in Rapid City, SD 605-343-8481. Ask for parts. They have an incredible inventory. If they have it they will ship it the same day. By the way, all of the folks in the parts department are ladies and they really know their stuff.
Also, if they don't have the screws in stock, they have patterns and can make they for you - but that becomes more spendy.
