How bad does it shoot? One doesn't generally use "accurizing" and ".458" in the same sentence.

There used to be a Model 70 .458 on one of the big gun sale sites that had been accurized by HCR. That guy must have believed in them, at least. Edit: Still for sale.

The service includes pillar bedding, trigger adjustment, barrel re-crowning, scope alignment and 1", 3 shot accuracy guarantee. My M-70 .375 H&H took a lot of extra work and (their) ammunition to arrive at the 1" level. Matt said they did not make a profit on my job. It took several weeks extra for completion but it helped me get a nice crocodile last July. I am very pleased with the results.

They bedded a 30-06 for me years ago. Good folks. .456 w/ factory ammo was acceptable to me!
