Iam wanting to build a 577 Nitro express ,but as i live in Australia , iam having a problem obtaining a reamer to get the job done ! i have a Ruger action and a Lothar walther barrel .''Pacific Tool and Die ''agreed to make me a Reamer in November! and at last point ,told me it would be ready by 31 Oct 2006 ,that was the last i heard, and after providing all my credit card and address details by Telephone, they refuse to answer my emails !Why i dont know ??? Can anyone provide me with some one willing to help out a Foreign Customer Thankyou !I dont know why? but many American Companies refuse to answer any emails from foreigners ,we are not all terrorists just because we dont live in America

Myra came back from leave two weeks ago .I sure am glad to see her back .I sure am sorry for all your troubles and the next time you need a reamer give me a call and I will give you a discount for your troubles . Send me a email so I know who you are as I dont remember the girls giving me your email. Did you ask for a solid pilot or removable? We do not stock them in solid . Never the less I hope you accept my apology. We have over 20,000 customers an I try and serve everone of my customers like there the only one. I am here from 5am to 5pm and I will make time to call you or take your call . I will talk with the girls Monday about the communication problem. Thanks Dave Kiff

I can make no excuse for the communication problem that you are having with PTG. It is not good business practice but things do happen.
The only thing that I can say is that you will not find a better quality reamer. I have used a lot of reamers from different makers and Dave's is top of the line.

I can personally vouch for Dave's product quality, service, and delivery. Help me out here, Dave: am I over 20 reamers ordered from you, or right at it?
We are talking one at a time by an experimenter, not a gunsmith or gunshop. Even the best of businesses have a brain cramp once a year or so. The post we want to see here is how Dave took care of your problem...let us know when you get the reamer and if it meets your needs.
