OLD BUSHNELL SCOPE QUESTION

I picked up a couple of older Bushnell scopes which I have no idea when they where made, one is a Scopechief 4X and the other one is a Scopechief II, Command Post 4X. I bought a couple Scopechief VI scopes back in the mid to early 70's which where brand new but I have no idea when these where made. I just returned one of my VI's and they replaced it with a n Elite 3200, the VI's had a lifetime replacement on them. My earliest Gun Digest is 1978 and it has the VI's listed.

Anyone have any Ideas
