My hunting partner bought a very nice Remington 722 custom in 222 remington but the extractor was broke. Factory parts are not available but I remember someone on this board recommending a company who rebuilt the bolts. Thanks for your help. | ||

I think you can install a Sako extractor. I've never done it but Jim Kobe has.....send him an email and ask. Had a 722 in 300 Savage that was my Dads at the time. It had an ineffective extractor and out of round bolt. I was going to fit the Sako extractor and that's when I found the out of round bolt. Sent it to Remington and they fit a 700 Bolt to it. | |||
