vz24 98, good enough for 500 jeffery ?

i want to built a 500 jeffery rifle ,and can someone tell me if the steel ,heat treatment of this action ,is up to it ? being a pre ww2 action? i have read and been told many opinions on back thrust ,wall diameter etc thrust .who do you believe?????????????

imagine this.. good can come from a troll.. who told us it would fit... and Nick, who reminded me it should

i've been fiddling with the concept of building another 500 jeffe on a 98... i've got some vz24, a brazilian, and an "unknown" 98 (this one is going to be a 243)

just kicking the idea around, but i THINK you can make one that will hold 2 down, fairly easy, and 3 down with lots of work...

it'll never feed right, without custom metal or metal work

this is not a troll, today i bought a vz24 with the specific purpose of turning it into a 500 jeffery !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
