Two questions: Where can I get a mod 97 trench gun bayonet (sp?). Also Redfield doesn't do repairs on any scopes built before year 2000. They gave me a number of a scope shop in Tulsa but the lady there says they will take six months to repair my scope. Does anyone know of a faster scope repair place? Thanks

The trench gun uses a 1917 Enfield bayonet. Any gun show should be full of them. My partner should have some on our tables at Tulsa in 9 days. The repair place in Tulsa is the only one I know of that will repair Redfields.

Try Southern Ohio Gun (SOG). They have replicas that look very nice, under $75 last time I looked. Originals are bringing upwards of $200 in some locations.
