Does anyone make a small barrel band dovetail rear sight base. a la Mannlicher schoenauer

Check out NECG, New England Custom Guns site, they have a source on them, but don't know how small/diameter they go. Believe the ones I have looked at on their site also include a recoil lug for the big bores, but w/ a call they can tell you the details on what they offer.
