I'm building a replica of an M24 Remington and am having a hard time finding the dimensions of the holes that are drilled and tapped on the side of the older Remington actions. Anybody have some sort of print for these or know the dimensions of the top of there head? Are the holes at 90 degrees to the vertical center line? I can get the hole spacing from the mount I suppose.

2each #6-48tpi tapped holes are required in the rear receiver ring.
Indicate to eliminate radial cant.
Indicate to ensure there isn't cant in receiver sight base.

A Warner Tool Co base is hardened & ground not milled-worth every penny that you'll spend.
