Looks like Brownells has them in stock again.

I noticed that the handle changed at some point. Later models are closer to the bolt and were inletted deep into the stock. For a scope I would guess.

All Brno 21/22s I have seen that have not been altered to clear scope eyepieces have high bolt handles. Often the bolt handles are ground at the top or cut off and rewelded. If the stock has been relieved for the bolt handle, in all likelihood the bolt handle has been altered. This is a late production rifle:

Like Fla3006 said, all Brno butterknife style bolt handles curved over an uncut stock. These were used from 1938 thru 1955, on the Model A/B and 21/22 series rifles. Anything different would be an alteration.

The ZG-47 series rifles used a teardrop handle, inletted thru the stock.
