Looking for Some Stock Work

I am looking for someone (relatively cheap) to finish the inletting and free floating on a rifle stock that is about 97% inletted. I will do the outside finishing myself. Suggestions anybody???

Only problem with inexpensive is that last 3% takes 97% of the time.

The rifle is a heavy barreled Sako L579 (Forester) action.
