Whats considered is something,as outlined below:

-Basic outside dimensions of Leup.DD Bases
-Without slots for DD rings, they need to be solid in that area.
-screwholes required.
-made from stainless with good clean matte finish to match SS m70 receiver.
-flutes not essential,to keep cost down,(its not for a supermodel).

I basically need to be able to take delivery of the bases, made so that I can just fit them on like a set of Leupold.
