What is the differance in the Marlin 883 and the 983 22 magnum boilt action rifle? I have an 883 and just loking I couldn't tell any differance except I paid a lot less for mine. Might be the trigger system but the 883 has a great trigger pull already!

Blob1: I believe all of the 900 series Marlin bolt action rimfires have the "T-900 Fire Control System" that was introduced in 2004 - i.e., a different trigger system that supposedly is an improvement over the earlier models. The model numbers were simply changed to reflect this.
