I have a Remington 700 ADL in 308 that I was thinking or making a 22-250. Other than the barrel, is there anything I need to do to the mag box, follower, etc.? Thanks for the help.

Likely not. I think that there's a block to shorten the magazine in the factory .22-250, but it's not necessary.

I've gone the other way with a short action 700 (.22-250 rebarrelled to .308) without mishap. Seems like it oughta work in either direction.
