Gun Control - A theory espoused by some monumentally stupid people; who claim to believe, against all logic and common sense, that a violent predator who ignores the laws prohibiting them from robbing, raping, kidnapping, torturing and killing their fellow human beings will obey a law telling them that they cannot own a gun.

I don't know, but a little file work and some sandpaper and a guy could build a spiffy sporter out of it...

(I do wonder where it was dug up. Probably from out back of Uncle Joe's barn where he buried it 60 years ago to hide it from the game warden.)

Go to You tube and search for two Dutch guys; they take a metal detector all over Europe and find all kinds of WW2 stuff; lots of rifles and helmets, belt buckles, etc. Rifles look like the one pictured, only covered with dirt too.

Try to look unimportant. Your enemy might be low on ammo.

And the old German veteran said to his great grandson, "Did I ever tell you about the time I lost my rifle during the Battle of the Bulge?"

The Finn collectors at gunboards took a tour of an old battlefield where the Finns and Rooskis fought in WWII. That stuff and much more including bones was scattered all over the place.
