I have a US marked Ross that has been sporterized, I would like to find the front sight and hood and the front band with the bayonet lug.
I can make the missing wood

There's a Ross Rifle Restoration shop but it's in Canada. Don't know if they'll ship parts to USA. They say they'll ship to anywhere in the
world !

Looks like they may have what you need.
Don't know if prices are fair or not.
Ross parts are hard to find these days.

I used to get pretty much anything off Ebay. Still some good stuff there from time to time.

They will likely be WILLING to ship to the USA, but a gun part will likely be seized by the US at their border. They seized a fiberglass gunstock that I was returning to the US from Canada! :-(

You may need to think about something like crossing the border with a box of tools, and then just throw the unwrapped and dirtied up parts in there.
