eezridrcrossbolt on 375 H&H
I acquired a Kimber 89; 375 H&H a while back and am beginning my enhancement to the rifle. It has a typical blondish english stick. Very straight grained. I plan on glassing the action. Curious if when I go this path if I should add a crossbolt? Does a 375 warrant this enhancement? The gun does have a forward recoil lug on the barrel. It also has a relatively heavy contoured barrel.

airgun1I think you should crossbolt the stock with one, preferrably two crossbolts. Do this before bedding. If beyond your capability, have Ahlman's in MN do the recoil crossbolts.
