Even if you haven't heard of the gunsmith (J.C. Teague), do you have any recommendations on resources that a person could turn to in an effort to get some information on this gunsmith? | ||

There is also a possibility he could have been the owner of the rifle. There was a large rancher here in Texas by that name. | |||

Seems to m that about 3 or 4 years ago that name popped up on a post on the Gunsmith Forum at Hunt America. If I remember right Teague is a old guy down it Florida who made several rifles for himself. Soemone else had a rifle with that name on it and tracked him down. This is really reaching back and I could be wrong. Once I thought I was wrong but I was mistaken Rich Elliott | |||

Call Brownell's and ask them. If he's a gunsmith odds are very good he's ordered something from them. | ||
