Upon cruising the racks at a local Cabela's the other day I ran across a very nice older custom type mauser that had a small ring action. The markings on it were polish (Not Radom though). It looked like one of those older German mausers with the octogon barrels, but as noted, this one was a small ring action and Polish markings.

Very nice little rifle. Anybody know anything about them.

What were the markings? Only Radom and Warsaw made them in Poland in the small ring 98. All Polish made are among the best Mausers.
